The structure is situated in the center of Marina di Ginosa next to the sea and to the jonic pine forest lying behind.

The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor, next to the terrace, furnished with antique furnitures and an elegant piano.
The fisrt floor is divided into two indipendet appartaments, both with a double and a triple room, a bathroom, and a fridge. Each room is provided with heating system, air conditioner, tv and wireless internet connection, and with its own balcony.
